It took me forever to figure this simple issue out but I could not get my last 2 LEDs to light up. I then realized working with this longer & bigger breadboard, it was separated into 2 sections vertically so i needed additional power & ground to the side I included my lights in. I'm glad I figured out this simple problem because it shows that I'm learning more about this process and me being able to troubleshoot this minute problem makes me happy. This took me WAY too long to diagnose but I got it eventually!
