LED Fire, Arc Welders, and Emergency Lights - Extra Credit

It was helpful to do this assignment because of the requirement to experiment with the code. I was able to learn that by adjusting the delay and the random number assignment, I can create different effects with the LEDs. I really enjoyed the fire effect. I wish I had different color LEDs though.
