Final Project initial thoughts

Potential Title:

Tactile

• concept: The project questions the problems of alienation between the contemporary interactive digital medium and their users.
• Questions:
• Can people live without those interactive digital medium, such as phone, ipad, computer?
• When you are texting or calling someone, who are you talking to, your phone or the people on the other side?
• When you use iPad to play games or watch movies alone, why do you miss the feeling of doing it with a real person?
• When you post your idea on a forum, are you really in the discussion or just talking to yourself?
• When you are doing all the activities mentioned above, what do you feel? Do you have fun? Do you feel satisfied? Do you feel connected to the real world or just in your own imagination?

• Fact: No matter what you do, the reality is that you have no one in your physical world, but there are many in your virtual reality world.

We are wondering if it is some kind of alienation or tactile?
