What do we learn about group and team dynamics that we can apply to our own situation? what was successful about this team? what was the downfall?
We learn that everyone has different skills that they bring to they table and it is important to try to utilize everyone's skills and not argue when different approaches are taken. This team was great when they all contributed. This team was weak when they couldn't get their plan together and worked together.
