Project 3 and 4 Chapter 2 - Beginning Arduino - Traffic Light and Interactive Traffic Light - Orlando Estrada

My first attempt at the interactive traffic light failed miserably because I thought I could outwit the text book and figure out how to wire this thing ala my intuition. Here's the real thing.
