LED Chase Effect
I forgot to connect to ground again, and it took me a second to realize it because if I flipped the top LED, that LED would constantly stay on and the other LEDs would have the chase effect. I'm not sure why that happens without the ground connection, though.
Interactive LED Chase Effect
The potentiometer was difficult to fit into the breadboard. I also had to transfer all my original connections and LEDs because I used the small breadboard at first.
