Manga Guide to Electricity 90-116

Manga Guide to Electricity Read 90-116

What is the relationship between heat and electricity. Please provide a metaphor.
Why is it warm near an incandescent light bulb?
Heat is produced when current flows through an electric resistance called joule heat. One Joule corresponds to the electrical power consumption of 1 Ws

What is a superconductor? What are they used for in real life? You may have to look this up. How could one make a metal a superconductor?

When a material's resistance becomes zero, it is a phenomenon called superconductivity.

What is Ampere's Law?

The magnetic field in space around an electric current is proportional to the electric current which serves as its source, just as the electric field in space is proportional to the charge which serves as its source.

If current of the same size flows in the same direction in two electric wires placed side by side, what happens?

The current will not flow

What happens if current of the same size flows in opposite directions in two electric wires placed side by side?

The current will flow

Please read about Flemings Left and Right Hand Rule. We will create a simple motor, an electromagent and a generator on Monday.
