I'm having some trouble with my LED grid. I managed to get it wired correctly but it won't blink properly. The video is with the code for Tutorial 19 but when I upload Tutorial 20 it does a similar thing which makes me think that the issue is with the wiring but I can't seem to figure out what exactly is wrong.
