update

I tried re-doing project 19 with a new LED matrix unit, and I used my multimeter to figure out the pins, but when I compiled my code, there were dozens of errors in the TimerOne library's code. I downloaded TimerOne today and it's a new update (as of today), so I think the update's broken. I couldn't find an older version.
