first day of class

Last Jan. I got to see some of Nam June Paik's works in DC after being in an installation and multimedia class where we did an analog project inspired by his work. I think the piece that impacted me the most was Electronic Superhighway: Continental US. it was mesmerizing,

I have no experience with sensors and minimal experience with electronics. My background is in sculpture so I can build things but I never got to have any exposer to physical computing until my last year of undergrad. I'm hoping to get a better understanding of how to incorporate more interactivity into my own work.
