I was able to get a "CPU to follow the ball as it moved and be able to play the game, its perfect so it is possible to win! I was also able to get the two controllers to control the right side paddle! It works well because at some points the person needs their partner to go up and go down, and vice versa. so it works out! Heres a video of it workings!My project is ready for critique tomorrow.
